         根据今天灵通人士透露消息，大陆人士对“谷歌”搜寻与网站使用较为放心，令民主运动人士的恐惧，是中国成功研究了准确性网络监控和宽带用地位置监测，国内卫星网络与地面网络用地，超过十五万名中国 “国安与员警”组织监察部门，利用对 PRTG 网络监控每一天怀疑叛乱与民运份子活动，不论是上层社会贤达，中下贫苦大众，都逃逸不了监察叛乱与民运份子的局网域、 广域网、 服务器、 应用程序、 url 和更多电子监控，国内（包括港、澳特别行政地区）被怀疑叛乱份子在监察下无所遁形。
